Hmm, maybe I will post the recipe Em... that is if Mom saved it, it was probably one she found on the internet. :-)
Mrs. Hill - actually I don't think there was any flipping with ours, it was baked, so it was less like a normal pancake and more dutch-baby-ish if you have ever had one of those. :-)
